Up for sale here is a VERY nice 1991-92 Upper Deck'Jerry West Heroes' header card, boldly signed by Jerry West! This card - which comes with a matching-number Upper Deck Authenticated (UDA) Certificate of authenticity and ALL accompanying paperwork - will make a nice addition to any collection! I believe these signed Header cards were a special UDA item, possibly offered ONLY in the UDA store - these are NOT the ones that you could pull from packs back in 1991-92: THOSE autographs were numbered out of 2500, not 500, as these are.

These are MUCH tougher to find! You will receive all items pictured! The pictures speak for themselves - this card is VERY NICE!
