Signature and artwork is in great condition within the frame. The frame itself was partially damaged by "blown insulation" falling on the top when it was being installed at my house.

Item doesn't show much issue when hung on the wall since it's the top of the frame mostly. But when you look at it from the top, it doesn't look great. I've been told it can come off but I haven't tried. Because of this, they need to make a custom box and package it.
